English privacy policy사진과 얼굴 분석은 휴대폰 안에서 이루어집니다. 광고 제공에는 Google AdMob을 사용하며, 광고 SDK의 데이터 처리와 사진 분석은 별개입니다.
1. 사진과 얼굴 분석
ToneCue는 사용자가 선택하거나 촬영한 사진을 사용하여 피부색, 얼굴 윤곽과 비율, 홍채·모발 색 후보를 관찰하고 가상 메이크업을 표시합니다. 사진과 얼굴 윤곽점, 분석 결과는 기기 내부에서 처리하며 개발자의 서버나 외부 분석 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 사진·얼굴 윤곽점·피부색 결과를 광고 SDK에 제공하지 않습니다. 신원 확인, 얼굴 인식 등록이나 계정 식별에 사용하지 않습니다.
사진 분석에 회원가입이나 로그인이 필요하지 않습니다. 앱에 포함된 샘플 A·B·C는 AI로 생성한 가상 인물입니다.
2. 접근 권한과 기기 내 보관·삭제
촬영 기능을 사용할 때 카메라 권한을 요청합니다. 사진 선택에는 Android 사진 선택기를 사용하여 사용자가 선택한 사진에 접근합니다. 마이크, 주소록, 정밀 위치 또는 사진 라이브러리 전체에 대한 접근을 요구하지 않습니다.
분석용 사진과 결과는 사용 중 메모리에 유지합니다. 새 사진을 선택하거나 앱을 종료하면 기존 화면의 사진과 결과를 해제합니다. 분석을 위해 크기를 조정한 임시 복사본은 사진 준비 직후 삭제합니다. Android 또는 사진 선택기가 만든 캐시가 남을 수 있습니다. 기기 설정에서 앱 캐시·데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 수 있으며, 이 작업은 사진 라이브러리의 원본 사진을 삭제하지 않습니다.
언어와 앱 이용 설정 등은 기기 내 앱 저장소에 보관될 수 있습니다. 앱 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 제거하면 해당 앱 저장 정보를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
3. 광고와 제3자 데이터 처리
ToneCue에는 Google AdMob의 배너와 전면 광고가 포함되어 있습니다. 1.7.5 이후 버전은 첫 성공 사진 분석에는 전면 광고를 생략하고 이후 분석이나 드레이핑 재시작 때 준비된 전면 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. 이전 버전은 선택형 보상 광고를 사용합니다. 광고 제거 구매가 확인되면 배너와 전면 광고를 표시하지 않습니다. 광고를 불러오려면 인터넷이 필요합니다. Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공, 분석과 부정행위 방지를 위해 다음 정보를 수집·공유할 수 있습니다.
- IP 주소와 이를 통해 추정되는 대략적인 위치
- Android 광고 ID, 앱 세트 ID 등 기기 및 계정 식별자
- 앱 실행, 광고 탭과 동영상 시청 등 상호작용 정보
- 앱·SDK 성능, 실행 시간, 오류 등 진단 정보
광고 SDK가 전송하는 데이터는 전송 중 TLS로 암호화됩니다. Google의 보관 기간과 처리 방식은 Google 정책에 따릅니다. ToneCue 개발자는 Google의 광고 데이터 보관 기간을 직접 제어하지 않습니다.
해당 지역에서 필요한 광고 동의·개인정보 선택은 Google User Messaging Platform을 통해 제공합니다. 선택 변경이 필요한 경우 앱 정보의 광고 개인정보 선택 항목을 사용할 수 있습니다. Android 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수도 있습니다.

4. 결제 및 계정
ToneCue는 무료로 설치할 수 있습니다. 결제를 지원하는 버전에서는 Google Play Billing을 통해 선택형 일회성 광고 제거 상품인 ToneCue Plus를 구매할 수 있습니다. 구독이나 소모성 상품이 아니며 같은 Google Play 계정으로 구매를 복원할 수 있습니다. 자체 사용자 계정을 만들지 않습니다.
구매와 복원에는 인터넷이 필요합니다. Google이 결제와 계정 정보를 처리하며 ToneCue는 카드번호나 은행 계좌 등 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않습니다. 앱은 Google Play가 반환한 상품 ID, 구매 상태, 구매 토큰, 서명된 영수증과 승인 상태를 이용하여 광고 제거 권한을 확인하고 구매를 승인합니다. 사진과 얼굴 분석 결과를 구매 확인에 사용하거나 전송하지 않습니다. 구매 토큰과 영수증을 개발자의 서버나 광고 SDK에 전송하지 않습니다.
서명된 영수증, 서명, 승인 여부와 마지막 확인 시각은 앱의 비공개 기기 저장소에 보관합니다. 앱 복귀나 구매 복원 시 Google Play 소유 상태를 다시 확인하며 소유가 없으면 권한과 캐시를 삭제합니다. 연결 오류 때는 마지막 확인 후 최대 7일 동안 검증된 캐시를 사용할 수 있습니다. 앱 데이터 삭제나 앱 제거로 기기 내 영수증을 삭제할 수 있지만 Google Play 구매 기록 자체는 삭제되지 않습니다. 결제 대기나 취소를 구매 성공으로 처리하지 않습니다. 환불 변경은 다음 성공적인 소유 조회 때 반영되므로 오프라인에서는 즉시 반영되지 않을 수 있습니다.
5. 대상 연령
ToneCue는 만 13세 이상을 대상으로 하며 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 설계하지 않았습니다. 사진 분석은 기기 내에서 수행되며 개발자는 아동의 사진이나 얼굴 정보를 서버에 수집하지 않습니다.
6. 문의와 삭제 요청
개인정보 문의 또는 문의 메일에 포함된 정보의 삭제 요청은 lims0168@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요. 문의할 때 제공한 이메일 주소와 내용은 요청에 답변하고 처리하는 데 사용하며, 처리와 후속 확인에 필요한 동안 보관하고 목적 달성 후 삭제합니다. 삭제 요청을 받으면 요청 처리에 필요한 확인 후 해당 문의 정보를 삭제합니다. 민감한 사진이나 신분증 등은 문의에 첨부하지 않아도 됩니다.
기기 내 사진·설정 데이터는 위의 기기 삭제 방법으로 관리할 수 있습니다. 광고 서비스가 처리하는 정보와 개인정보 선택은 Google의 개인정보 관리 안내를 참조해 주세요.
7. 변경 안내
기능이나 데이터 처리 방식이 변경되면 이 페이지와 앱 내 안내를 갱신하며 적용일을 표시합니다.
Privacy Policy
1. On-device photos and analysis
ToneCue processes photos you select or take on your device to observe skin color, facial landmarks and proportions, iris and hair color candidates, and to display virtual makeup. Photos, facial landmarks and analysis results are not sent to the developer's server, an external analysis server or the advertising SDK. They are not used for identification or face recognition enrollment. Analysis does not require an account or sign-in. Bundled samples A, B and C depict AI-generated fictional people.
2. Permissions, storage and deletion
The camera permission is requested for taking a photo. The Android photo picker gives access to photos you select. ToneCue does not require microphone, contacts, precise location or full photo-library access. Photos and results are held in memory during use and released when selecting a new photo or closing the app. Temporary resized analysis copies are deleted after photo preparation. Android or photo-picker caches may remain. You can clear app cache or data, or uninstall the app, in Android settings; original library photos are not deleted. Language and app preferences may be stored locally and can be removed by clearing app data.
3. Advertising
ToneCue uses Google AdMob banner and interstitial ads. Versions 1.7.5 and later skip the interstitial for the first successful photo analysis and may show a prepared interstitial for subsequent analyses or draping restarts. Earlier versions use optional rewarded ads. Verified ad-removal ownership skips banners and interstitials. Ads require internet access. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share IP addresses (used to estimate approximate location), advertising IDs and app set IDs, app and ad interactions, and performance or diagnostic information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Google's retention and processing are governed by its policies; the developer does not directly control Google's retention periods. Photos, facial landmarks and skin-color results are not provided to the SDK.
Where required, ad consent and privacy choices are provided through Google's User Messaging Platform. When applicable, use the ad privacy choice entry in the app's information screen. 4. Purchases and accounts
ToneCue is free to install. Billing-enabled versions offer ToneCue Plus, an optional one-time, non-consumable ad-removal purchase through Google Play Billing. It is not a subscription. Restore purchases using the same Google Play account. ToneCue does not create its own user accounts.
Purchases and restoration require internet access. Google processes payment and account information; ToneCue does not receive card numbers or bank account details. The app uses product IDs, purchase status, purchase tokens, signed receipts and acknowledgement status returned by Google Play to verify ad-removal ownership and acknowledge purchases. Photos and facial analysis are not used or transmitted for purchase checks. Purchase tokens and receipts are not sent to the developer's server or the advertising SDK.
Signed receipts, signatures, acknowledgement status and the last verification time are stored in the app's private device storage. Returning to the app or restoring purchases queries current Google Play ownership; a successful query with no ownership removes the entitlement and cache. During connection errors, verified cached ownership may be used for up to seven days after the last check. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local receipts but does not delete Google Play purchase records. Pending and cancelled purchases do not grant ad removal. Refund changes are applied on the next successful ownership query and may not be immediate while offline.
5. Age audience
ToneCue is intended for users aged 13 or older and is not designed for children under 13. Photo analysis stays on-device; the developer does not collect children's photos or facial information on a server.
6. Contact and deletion requests
Contact lims0168@gmail.com for privacy questions or deletion of information included in support correspondence. Your email address and the content you send are used to respond to and handle your request, retained while needed for handling and follow-up, and deleted when that purpose is fulfilled. On a deletion request, the corresponding support information is deleted after any verification needed to process the request. You do not need to attach sensitive photos or identity documents. Manage on-device data using Android app settings and Google's ad data using Google's privacy controls.
7. Updates
This page and the in-app notice will be updated when functionality or data handling changes. The effective date is shown above.
